In 2006 we entered into a Partnering Contract with Festival Housing for a 5 year period. We are a Contractor responsible for much of the Disability Discrimination Act works required to bring their many properties up to the standards required. This has involved making toilets multi-function/disabled, building access ramps in/out of buildings and improving car parking arrangements for ambulance and disabled bays etc. We have also completed refurbishment work of Reception Areas at the Head Office in Malvern and their Ledbury office, causing minimal disruption to their work.
